He has a demonstrated history of working in Land & Real Estate Development & Origination across business development, due diligence, strategy & policy, product management, operations, and technology, as well as working in civil engineering and technology solutions. Tyler’s past experiences in USDOT-funded academic research in Transportation and Air Quality Monitoring Technologies drive his operational excellence and innovation mindset. Tyler also serves as the Technology Chair of IRWA Chapter 13 and is on the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Grandview Heights, Ohio.
